Directly on the Semois river is the attractive 3-star + Camping de Chênefleur, located near the tiny village of Tintigny, in the region called “Land of Gaume’. This stunning park-like campsite, located in green surroundings, has been set up spaciously and has an exceptionally natural feeling. Besides letting you get to know the Gaume region, the strategic location of Camping de Chênefleur also makes it easy for you to visit places of interest in France, Luxembourg and the Belgian Ardennes.
The Gaume region is distinguished by its gentle rolling landscape with picturesque villages situated between pastures, fields and magnificent forests. In addition, the average temperatures are higher and there is less precipitation than in the rest of Belgium. This is due to the favourable microclimate of the Gaume region.
The camping pitches on the spaciously erected campsite are all different: pitches on the water, closed off by hedges, on an open field or amidst the trees and bushes. Something for everyone. By direct contact with the Dutch owners, there is a very personal approach to guests.
Special group packages
Special group packages have been created for families, groups of friends and for companies. There are a variety of options for staying overnight and it is possible to set up an active programme together that can be supplemented by a theme evening, beer tasting or an excursion to one of the many places of interest in the surrounding area.
